Live in Akron
The niche: owner-operated construction and trades businesses within about fifty miles of Akron, Cleveland and Canton.

Cramer Demolition
Cramer Demolition takes on demolition, cleanouts, and debris removal across Northeast Ohio. Their field coordinator has more than twenty years on job sites, and every project is reviewed by a licensed professional engineer. Most demolition crews do not have an engineer on staff, so that became the first thing you read on the homepage.
When I asked the owner which service she most wants to win jobs for, she did not say full teardowns. She said the small stuff: cleanup, debris handling, and disposal. The site was rebuilt around that answer, leading with small jobs and keeping the commercial teardowns further down the page for the people who need them.
It went live the same day we moved her domain off Squarespace, with the estimate form running straight to her inbox. No page builder, no monthly platform fee, and every file belongs to her.

Dale Tha Barber Studio
Dale has been behind the chair for thirty years and had never had a website. Bookings came through Booksy and his cuts lived on Instagram, so anyone who searched his shop by name landed on a listing page instead of his own.
He did not need a contact form. He already had two things that convert, a phone number and a Booksy link, so the whole site was built to put those two buttons in front of you at every scroll position, with his Instagram one tap away for the people who want to see more work first.
The build started on a Thursday and the site was live the next night, six days before the date on the agreement. Seven real photos of his work carry the page. No stock, no page builder, and $0 a month to host.
